If you want to create a really impressive PDF, then it is worth using a design tool. In this case we use Affinity Designer or Affinity Publisher.
In Designer, you can work with placeholders to customize content. In order for the PDF document to look good in the end, you have to embed the SVG in HTML.
Attention! However, there are a few important settings to keep in mind when exporting so that the placeholders remain in the SVG.
Use the "SVG (for export)" template with the settings:
NO longer text spans
NO add line breaks
NO export text as curves
How can I check the export? Simply open the exported SVG in a text editor and search for the placeholders. If these are still contained in one piece, everything will be fine.
Alternatively, an external HTML editor is recommended, which is designed to generate clear HTML.
